InfinityNP is an innovative, resident-focused nurse practitioner resource for the Long-Term Care community, created to help facilities address the three critical areas of care: Wound Management, Pain Management and Falls Management. Our Nurse Practitioners now specialize in Clinical Management and Dermatology as well. Sometimes an extra set of hands and eyes is all that is needed to manage difficult areas that all too often plague the LTC setting. Our trained experts have years of experience, and provide expertise where it is needed most. Our nurse practitioners address facility-specific issues with consistency, focused attention, effective assessments and monitoring tools/programs.
